Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped using DHL and Deutsche Post mail services. Packages will only have a tracking number if you select so during check-out. Keep in mind that the package will be fully tracked within Germany for internationally tracked orders, but it may not be once it leaves. There may be less frequent updates once it reaches your country.

Delivery times vary depending on your country. There have been a lot of delays, especially around holidays, so please allow extra time for your package to arrive.
It takes around 2-7 days for orders to Germany, and at least 2-8 weeks for international orders due to the Covid-Situation.
